  • What is 'Coke Zone'?

    Coke Zone is a website where you can go to find out what's happening on 'Coke', 'diet Coke' or 'Coke Zero'. At times throughout the year we will be running promotions where you can potentially win some great prizes. You will be able to find out how to enter any of these promotions through the website.

  • Why is it so important that I register?

    Registering is your key to being able to redeem your prizes. However, you can browse the website without registering.

    It is easy to Register, just fill in your name, date of birth, email address and country of residence.

  • How do I get started?

    Go to www.cokezone.ie and follow the simple step-by-step registration process. There is a limit of 1 account per person and you must have a unique valid email address, be over 12 years old and a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland to register. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering will be considered the account holder.

  • How do I update my information?

    After you've logged in [under the appropriate Republic of Ireland link], just go to 'My Account' to update your account details.

  • Can I still log in if I have a new email address?

    Yes you can. Just log in using the email address you originally registered with. Once you are logged in go to 'My Account' and update your email, along with any other changes you want to make. Then save them by clicking 'Save'. From then on you can log in with your new email address.

  • Help! I can't remember my password. Now what?

    For security reasons, we won't send you a password by email. So when you get to 'Coke Zone', click the 'Forgotten it' link. Confirm your email address then click 'Submit'. We will send you an email with instructions on how to get a new password.

  • How do I change my password?

    After you've logged in, go to 'My Account' to change your password details.

  • Aargh! I've been locked out of my account. Why?

    You're only allowed 5 attempts to enter a code correctly each day. Type the wrong code in too many times and you will be locked out of your account for 24 hours (it's for security reasons). Try again the next day and you should be able to enter your codes without any problems.
    If you haven't been entering codes incorrectly or if you still find yourself locked out of your account the next day then we may have locked your account for another reason.   • Do I have to live in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland to enter a promotion?

    Yes, we are sorry but 'Coke Zone' is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland - and rewards won on this website can only be delivered to a Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland address. So if you have already registered with a Coke Loyalty scheme in another country, we're afraid you can't register in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Boxes because we want to make 100% sure you get your prize! Accounts can be closed or deleted by official request to 'Coke Zone' customer care. Please see below for details.

    If you do want to delete your 'Coke Zone' account - your account, along with all points and access to great rewards will be deleted. Please be aware that if you ask for your details to be deleted, your details will be removed and you will not receive any further communication from 'Coke Zone' and Coca-Cola Ireland.

    OK, here comes the serious bit... Coca-Cola Ireland is aware of the many threats to the security of consumer data and takes the protection of that data very seriously.

    It is our goal to ensure that when you submit information it reaches its destination safely, protected and unchanged.   • Where do I find 'Coke Zone' codes?

    Promotional codes will be available during promotional periods only. Look for special promotional packs. A promotional pack will have a 12 character alpha numeric code on the reverse of a 330ml can, a 500ml bottle, a 6 pack of cans or 2 litre label. Follow the instructions on the promotional pack to enter the promotion.

  • I have a 12-digit code, is this right?

    It is indeed! A 12 character alpha numeric code will appear on special promotional packs across our range of packs on 'Coca-Cola', 'Coke Zero' and 'diet Coke' while promotional stocks last. Follow the instructions on your packs to enter in the promotion.

  • Oops, I can't read the code on the pack - it's smudged / incomplete - what should I do?

    First, try to type your code on the website, or send via SMS to53705. If you get an error message, please call us on our freephone line:

    SMS winners who are not currently registered with www.cokezone.ie or who have not linked their mobile number to their existing account will be asked to either register with cokezone.ie in order to assign their address details or visit 'my account' to link their mobile and verify their address details.   • Is there an alternative gift on offer?

    No, there is no cash or alternative prize available.

  • Will the prize fit through my letterbox or will I have to sign for them?

    The headphones will be delivered by courier service. Winners or someone on behalf of winners will need to be present at the stated address in order to sign for the delivery when it is made. In no case whatsoever will the courier attempt to put the prize through the letterbox or will they leave the prize in any other location, even if requested.

  • What colour of headphones will I get if I win?

    Winners will receive at random either the black or the white version of headphone.

  • Can I state which colour I want?

    Winners will not be able to affect their assigned prize colour. This is assigned randomly.

  • Can you arrange for the headphones to be sent to a different address?

    No. Headphones can only be posted to the address provided at registration on www.cokezone.ie

  • What can I do if my headphones are damaged or faulty?

    If your headphones are damaged or faulty you need to return it to the Promoter's distribution house for the damage to be verified or the fault tested. After verification of the problem and upon agreement, the Promoter will post a new pair of Sony headphones and repay the cost of returning the problematic headphones.

  • What if someone is not present at the stated address when the prize is delivered?

    If you or someone else are not at the address registered on Coke Zone when the courier delivery is made, winners will be called after the event on the contact number provided at registration to organise an alternate time or address for delivery.

  • I only want to enter the Sony headphones prize draw. Why must I register for Coke Zone?

    All 'Coca-Cola' promotions are now run through the Coke Zone platform, so you will need to register in order to take part online or to claim your prize if an SMS winner.

    The good news is that once you've registered to take part in the Sony headphones promotion, the Coke Zone platform will remember your details, so you won't ever need to register again to take part in another Coca-Cola Ireland promotion.
